FAQ

Q: How do I know if I have a medical malpractice case?
A: First, you call me so we can talk about it over the phone. Time is of the essence because there are stringent Statute of Limitation issues that could possibly bar you from bringing a claim. If we think there is malpractice or even think it is possible to make a claim we will investigate it at our own expense and as ALWAYS, you never owe us anything unless we settle your lawsuit.

Q: What is your experience handling motor vehicle accidents?
A: My experience is extensive. I have handled thousands of claims personally. Did you know that most cases are merely insurance claims that don’t have to go to court? I try to settle every case but sometimes a trial is inevitable and I have only lost one case in the last 18 years at trial. As always, I don’t get paid unless you get paid and all consultations are free.

Q: Are you experienced in ride share auto accidents that result in injury?
A: Ride share as well as food delivery services are more prevalent than ever before. We know the ins and outs of the industry and know what they do to try to avoid paying for YOUR injuries. We have an abundance of experience with all of the different services like Uber, Lyft, Postmates etc. Let us be the ones who handle your case when you are injured in an accident involving one of these services.
